Scraping amazon products returned data not the same for every product

Hi when I scrape amazon product page I can't find the data in the pic attached,
and this don't happen for every product but some the data returned and other no.
this data is important to us.
specially (Height, Width, Depth, Weigh)

would you help with that.

Could you create a ticket via "Help > Contact Support"?

Also, you mention Amazon but your screenshot is from CBinsights
