The difference in price is because the upgrade mid-billing cycle is prorated.

Yes, your billing period starts on the 27th of every month. So you'll be charge automatically on the 27th.

Is it 27.04 charge off? Right? 27.04 I need to put money on my card?
No, not a discount, it is a pro-rated invoice based on the number of days left on your billing cycle when you do the upgrade.
What is it mean? Is it was a discount for me?
